No Hearl that is not with an OS engine, would you like to donate one? Maybe "fingers" can donate a radio. Speaking of guest attendance fee, at least the Atwells keep peace with us by bringing the Boil every year. I would think that the Godfather and his right hand man could bring some traditional Italian dishes as a peace offering.

Are there any real tunnel boat racers from Italy? Oh yeah, that guy Guido that drives a DAC.

Does 1/2 Italian count? My mom was a Georgetti. I'm thinking 1/2 Italian is better than 1/2 a## and I've been accused to being that more than once. :D

hey bill, sounds like you sprung the trap, before the prey was in it  ! there goes your hoped for "full membership"  . mark, i don't know about CURRENT italian drivers being any good, but i do remember watching 2 brothers named molinairi teach us a thing or two with full sized tunnels :p . another fun part of being a kid, growing up on the water in miami- A LOT of GREAT full sized boat racing. no os on the hull? good, that means it comes with a K&B, for ME B) :D !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jerry I would say if you are half Italian then you are probably more qualified than this bunch from Florida. Having sat at a dinner table with them more than once, I would say they were the last group of primitive humans to be discovered.

The Florida mafia is definitely on the decline. I caught them placing the big wire ties on drive line of the Hobbico van last year. I didn't tell the "Grimster" but he didn't drive very far before finding out what they'd done(for the second year in a row). Grim now has wire tie removal down to a NASCAR pit stop routine.

"we think we saw them out by the pool this morning... not sure what they were doing"

I am very happy to see new faces and more hull brands (now up to four) entered in Mod-VP.

Please let me know if you need a copy of the hull rules. I have sent them with every hull I have shipped including two most recent and also to others building their own hulls. Mike S. (saymikey) has a copy on hand also. This is going to be a great race and we have a lot of fun with this class. If you are planning on racing Mod-VP and you have not seen the class rules, PM or e mail me and I will make sure you get a copy. (This class was started in Dist. 13, the rules are not in the IMPBA rule book yet.)

Now...I gotta get busy with my own boat :p
