Event Details GAS RELIEF NITRO / ELECTRIC SERIES Hosted by Brandon Model Boater Inc. May 25,2024 � May 25,2024 One-day event. � District III Race & Rules � Nitro & Electric classes will be offered Several Nitro and Electric classes are combined in the entry page. This is an effort to help promote Electric & Nitro classes. This will give an opportunity to racers and their boats. So will it be Nitro Horsepower or Battery Twisting RPM's Mixed with Driving Skill. Come Get You Some. Namba Sanctioned 10 Buoy Course. Four rounds + runoffs. weather permitting DSM & Alt Frequency. Drivers Meeting Saturday 7:00 AM First heat to follow. Muffling Device required 95db max. Scale Hydro must be registered. No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed. Awards 1st to 3rd. Open Water Friday 12pm 5pm. Handicap spaces avail with valid proof. � Registration opens April 2, 2024, closes May 20,2024 Important Note: DO NOT DRIVE ON THE CONCRETE WALKING PATH No one is to drive on the soccer field! NO Motorhomes or Travel Trailers Toy haulers parked on site or left overnight No Camping THIS WILL BE ENFORCED (HILLS.COUNTY RULE), NO EXCEPTION. There are several RV resorts close the Dover Park. Please enter through the South Gate, pull down the one-way driving lane, park all trailers on a 45-degree angle. After dropping off trailer and or racing supplies, all vehicles are to be immediately park either in the gravel parking lot on the West side of the soccer field or at the South end of the soccer field along the buildings. All tents must be staked down. There will be Brandon members there to help direct you if you have any questions. Please help us keep the great relationship we have with the County by not driving on the soccer field OR THE NEW WALKING PATH so we can continue to put on races each year for everyone to enjoy! � All classes that do not meet the 3-boat minimum by the closing date will be dropped from the race, � Parking Friday May 24, 2024 @ 10am � Open Water May 24, 2024 @12pm (no engines to be started before noon) � There is absolutely N0 REFUNDS this includes ALL Entry Fees, Unless the race is canceled OR your class fails to make 3 boats � $10.00 driver entry, $10.00 per boat � Payment will be PayPal ONLY through www.rcracingevents.com ALL RACERs& PIT PERSON must show proof of current membership, Non NAMBA members must show proof of one time for this event NAMBA Insurance before entrance to the pit area, or open water. � Muffling Devices On All Nitro boats at all times 95db max
