Dave i don't think it's very cool to jump all over somebody elses thread the way you have done here , if your not interested keep it to your self no need to bad mouth and make your self look like an aaaa$$$$$$$ you now what i mean if not just go back and read what you wrote an imagine your self on the other end trying to help some people out.

Just my 3 cents worth take it or leave it .

like Don said this is as far as i will take it, have a nice day dave.

Mike.

"I'm sure your tables are real nice but that doesn't mean you have to bash Dave like he's buying a piece of crap. It's the table that everyone has been copying."
Joe where did I "bash" Dave? All I said was I don't believe it's as nice a table & said why, yet he continued on & makes it sound like I'm ripping people off. All I said was enjoy your $40 table & I wouldn't go further.

If that is "bashing" in your book I suggest you go back & read things you said in the Blackjack/Warlock thread. You went & justified to all why you paid the difference for your Blackjack vs. the Warlock. What's the difference here other than you're on the "cheap" end this time. Don't be so hypocritical ............

It's B.S like this that make people quit building/making things in this hobby. I wanted to do people a favor & resurrect the building of these tables because people asked. I gave a very close guess over 3 months ago as to the final costs & you 2 didn't say squat until after I busted my a$$ pulling this all together.

I'm sure your & Dave's Blackjacks will look real nice sitting on your Ryobi tables.

Enough of this, if anyone wants a table or info then let's continue on..........

Who said I had a Ryobi table? IMaybe I'll win the one you're giving away at the Nats.

Don, I'd like to see a pic of the very tables that you are selling now just to see the upgrades, and to see the quality of the double price welding.

Well good luck & I hope you do win it so you can see what went into them! :D

Mike-

I'll shoot you a pic this weekend when I've finished sealing the tops

& finish assembly. As for the welding costs it was double what I had figured it would be. I guessed too low & I'm not a welder. It was amazing how many "welders" out there won't touch aluminum!

ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS I HAVE ONE OF RON VANWAGONS TABLES,TO ME ITS THE FIRST THING THAT GOES IN THE CAR.YES IT FITS IN A 96 ESCORT,MAKES EVERYTHING AT THE LAKE EASIER. RON HAS MADE A LOT OF GOODIES OVER THE YEARS,SOMEONE NEEDS TO TWIST HIS ARM AND BRING HIM BACK INTO THE SPORT.........MIKE SCHINDLER................

I bought one of Don's tables and I just got back from the bone doc and he said the arm twisting by Don did not permanently damage any bones. :D :D Jeeze guys, no one is forcing you to buy a table. I have the money and I like the best so I bought one. If you don't have the money, buy one of those slippery white things from Office Max. I just put one out front for the trash guys this morning. ;)

I decided to re-name the tables based on Joe's post saying Qwikstand was trademarked. (Joe where did you find this info anyway, I'm curious to know). Also everyone who has already ordered a table & given a shipping quote will be getting a better rate. Seems the local packaging supplier mis-quoted me on the box costs & nobody stocks what I need so they are being custom made double wall at a cost of $12.75 EACH. At least I know the tables will arrive safely to their new owners. :p

Don, critics have been around since the dark ages and quite frankly I think some are still living in the dark!

Are there any tables left?

Ron
