Not sure but, if you qualify with one caliber or gun it doesn't mean you can't carry a different gun, at least that's what I have been told about Tennessee.

I have a Utah permit, didn't have to shoot for that permit. I will get a Tennessee permit late this year or early next year.

Jerry seems to be correct, Missouri regulations do not state the gun used for qualifing has to be carried.

Yeah, you can "qualify" for a Driver's license in a hoopty coupe but it lets you drive an exotic car without "qualifying" again.

Did read in the Washington Post that Sen. Reid will be taking the purposed gun bill to a vote in April,

And Sen. Feinstein can reintroduce her ban as a amendment to the floor at that time.

Feinstein- :mellow: - last I heard her weapons ban list was up to 150 different firearms. You can bet she has guards with hi cap. mags.

Glenn I have a Utah permit and am moving to Tennessee hopefully this year. Then I will take the test and qualify for the Tennessee permit also Tennessee won't issue non-resident permits even if you are a land owner. You can never have enough carry permits with our current government. Thanks for your input, Jerry

You're right Jerry, but your UT permit is good in 16 other states. Google Utah ccw or utahpublicsafety to find the states thal will honor your UT ccw permit.

Hope I'm wrong about the 9MM ammo Gene. Last time in Wally World I didn't even bother to look. Hope supply catches up with demand soon- I only have about 500 rounds of Centerfire on hand, a couple bricks of .22LR. and 150 shot shells. And only enough realoading componets to put together another 700 rounds of centerfire
