Sounds like a donation drive at the race is in order to help re-coup the rebuild funds. B)

Actually a couple clubs have done raffles on Jim's to help raise funds for building driver's stands, replacing stolen retrieve boats and such. Might be something for the Capitol club to think about........

i've finally convinced the wife that this stuff is fun, she'll be running novice with a .40 crackerbox i've had for ages. it's old enough to have a side ex. k&b .40 i put in it new..........both our entries will go out tomorrow.

I have a side exhaust K&B 40 that you can have for spare parts or a spare engine if you want it. I had it in a prather DV that I build as one of my first boats. has the body shop at work paint it real nice and the second day I ran it at the queenstown pond, Pop Wiemer ran right thru the side of it and trashed the boat....Never build another nitro boat again after that one.....I dont remember the model # but am pretty sure that is is a ABC engine.
