Race Trailer layout

I am trying to reduce the clutter in the race trailer,so looking for ideas on boat racks ,fuel storage and all the tools/ miscellaneous part needed to carry to a boat race.
I have racks for my 20/40 nitro boats but the larger gas boats have been my issue,currently I have a 3 tier PVC rack that bolts to the floor but takes up a lot of room.
My trailer is 12' x 7.5 x 7 tall V nose, any thoughts? Pictures of your trailer or gas boat racks? Thanks Greg

As far as fuel storage goes, I would install a shelf inside the cabinet up front, giving you a place to store fuel under it. Obviously, you would also need to install some sort of covers to protect your electrics as well, be it wood covers or metal screens. The material used would really depend on how much heat the electrical components generate. You might consider installing a cabinet or three above the counter, for stowing things like paper towels and other lite weight bulky items in. Some of these, mounted to the wall, might be a good option for small parts storage:

Here are some pics of mine. 10 Boats fit on the one wall, 4 on a PVC rack under the bench and the smaller boats get strapped down to the top of the work bench if I need more room. Everything else fits under the work bench or in the cabinets up front. The tables slide in under the work bench against the wall. This trailer is a little larger then yours but maybe will give you some ideas.

Here’s ours Greg. The racks are removable to make more room and the extended work bench is where we organize and store our equipment in crates. Fuel sits underneath front cabinets in a crate also

I have them in my trailer but cut out of aluminum, I actually like the wood better.

I have also seen the mounting system installed both on the inside of the trailer and on the outside. So when you get to the pond, you have you canopy set up right next to the side of the trailer and you move the rack to the outside to store your boats between heats. It allows you to need less tables.
