I won't know that you completed the process until closer to race day. I can't contact everyone that does the 1 event membership and confirm they get it done. I am sure that you can figure it out and will be in good shape come race day. NAMBA will deliver a final report to me then.

Since it is a three day race and at least one day of open water, which day do we have coverage??

Who chooses what day is covered??

Do we pay more for 4-5 days of coverhage and if so how much?

Doc its Single Event coverage your covered for the duration of this event! You can use it only once per year if you go to another NAMBA Event in 16 you will have to become a full member of which the cost of that would be discounted what you paid for a Single Event.

The open water days are inclusive to the event and Single Event coverage covers the 5 days.

Yep thats pretty much what I said but I added the details on attending a future NAMBA Event having to become a full member.

I will add the fact that expecting non members to go to the NAMBA site and sign up for SE coverage is a pipe dream and the host admin will end up being the one who signs them up at the hotel where he can get an internet connection should the lake not be in range.

That was a very good question. I asked Al and he changed to include the test days. You were paying attention

The host clubs have to set up everything on Tuesday and Wednesday for the race. IF everything get done on Wednesday morning there is a chance there will be some open water on Wednesday afternoon. We will see...
