Joe it sounds like your 101s would be a perfect matchup againts the 1978 twin that won the indy unlimited with a perfect score & had two OPS gray head 60s & his rigger was 2 times bigger then yours.
If your not racing todays Modern Design Boats & Engines I dont see how you can compare??? But a Twin RS101 twin that weighs only 15 lbs @ race time with a PAIR of 7.2 props Is one Fast Mother @ race time...... I have raced all of the 67-80 Twins in the last 10 years... The New ERA Boats & RS101 ENGINES are Way Faster. Get Some.... or Chase a Pair!!!! Hope we see you @ the races.

I have drove twins before...been around the block.....the 1978 twin proves that weight is no big deal & would have run circles around your toys.

Boat looks fantastic Allan love to see it at the Northern Nats this year.

As for what boats gonna win , give me a strong runnin 60/80 boat that will race in lane one or two and I'll be very hard to beat. B)

Its funny how all records are held with 80's or 90's,

with all this extra power from the 101's these records should be broken..

cheers Luca

Give it time. They are proving to be a good choice for some guys as they find what they want . It's really not about records but about a strong engine that can haul around a big twin capable of going through the rough stuff fast . What type of twin do you run Luca ?
