This isn't really funny, but a good saying none the less...

My dad used to say this when I was a kid learning how to race...

"I'll teach you 95% of what I know, and beat you with the other 5%"

He's a little more outspoken than I am...but still...

In my case 95% aint much, he's forgotten more than I'll ever know, but I'll push my other 5 to the limit...

Kinda reminds me of my old man Garrett-

He used to tell me " Boy , you would be better off trying to stuff pine needles up a BobCats (rear end)

Than mess with me , let alone try and pass me.

He was USUALLY right.....
