I might have to by a 90 multi hull off craig for this thing..... :p

Ian.
Hehehe I'd kick some @ss with my tunnel. Multi's - submerged prop's :-X

Tim,

Your tunnel is quick, but a wound up X mono is 5-10mph quicker! All I have to do is swap the turn fins and put on a longer rudder.... :p

The multi would take the ruff stuff, backwards course, rooster tails, the lot!....

Ian.

Hmmm.... ok Backwards course and 30 laps!!!!

Bring on the Multi!!!!!

hehehe

EMS Racing If at first you dont succeed, cheat!!

Hey Craig,

Got any spare 90 multi hulls??!! Maybe I can get 90 multi added to the entry form instead, think of all the people that would pi$$ off!! Hehehe.... ;D

You ran a 90 multi in X mono in the 97 nats from memory.....

Ian.

Ian,

I have the Zircon getting re-moulded. The Gelcoat started cracking off. I also have a brand new Polaris. I still like the idea of X Multi. i would race it if it was offered.

X mono yes, X multi no. Those things aint that quick but they sure do turn fast.

Hey Dale - maybe you need to strap some turd boats to the sponsons to get the twin turning harder ;D ;D

Craig,

If it was a class I would build one! 8) 21 multi is great fun, I have seen a 40 multi go (Greg Leigh's), I would think 90 multi would be awesome! ;D

tim i dont think the turd boats would be leagal on the twin, 4 props on the one boat?? nah turds have too much drag espically on a blanket!

:- Must be an Aussie thing.............. ;)

I wouldn't enter a figure 8 race, but I'd pay cash money to watch it!

So long as it is with Multi Class Boats....

Seaducers are too expensive to replace!!!!!

EMS Racing (insert witty comment here)

I'm sure Dale would help you out with a cheap mono - I think he likes converting seaducer owners.

I agree for the fig 8, but what would require changing to run backwards? Turn fin is about it, right?

No point trying to convert this Seaducer owner... I have seen what mine can do and what one properly set up does. Depending on water conditions, the others may have advantages sometimes, but I think the Seaducer is the best all-round Mono. What you need to do with every boat is learn its characteristics, and I dont think too many Australian Seaducer owners have done that. Because they have no tabs..... oops maybe giving away trade secrets. Better shut up now.... LOL

And yes they are expensive but then you save on hardware. Trim Tabs??? who needs them!!!! ;D I am not going to spend all my time adjusting tabs... or even pay for them to add weight to the back of my boat.... just where you dont want the weight!!!!

I would like to see a Seaducer with a removable front cowl though. Would make tank access and carb setup a lot easier (Jerry reading this???). Not being able to remove the tanks after installation is a bit of a worry...

EMS Racing One day there will be a perfect boat... then what will we ***** about???

Craig,

Multi boats will run any direction! ;D

Have a look at the Japanese site that has a link of the first page of the Rigger from Japan thread. Many of the japanese seaducers have cut out that front part and made it into a hinged hatch.
