Rod is bushed at both ends.Al, is the upper rod end bushed?
Can we get a peek at the crank, induction setup and inside of the case ?

Yes, the crankshaft has 8mm threads, same as the Picco 45.thread size looks like M8 in the pictures.

The crank is the same as the original. All parts are the same except for the rotor assembly. The new rotor rides in a bushed housing, not on a bearing.Hi Al, sometime this past year I stumbled upon a brand new K45, I should pick up some replacement parts from you, will all your new parts fit into the original K45 case? All except the crank which you say is longer than the original.
