And you can give kesso a run with the killer too since hes been the only B ob racer recently! I think youll be suprised but shes pretty quick.

It looks like James has the 2007 club championship for A O/B tunnel all sewn up with only 2 heats and a possible 800 points left to claim. Well done James - looks like all that practice and testing started to pay off!

Well done to Ian and Bryan too! You guys put in a good effort and your boats for 2008 are looking really strong.

seeing its my first year of racing im pretty happy with the results

and once i get the htb290 on song lok out :lol: :lol:

i think 08 is going to be strong year for the A & B outboard in our club

and around the wrold for that matter

and soon there will be at lest 5 B outboard at penrith and i know there will be some paint swapping

but hey rubin's racin

and now that we have good suppliers like OER,OZSPEC HOBBIES,LAWLESS to name a few

the outboard class is only going to get stronger and i like others can't wait

We have some good suppliers around now and some great people willing to give advice.

Thanks Tim uts been an ok year for me on my first full swing. It could have been alot better but 4th over all and Winter Spectacular champion is awesome.

Lookn at new projects next year and i think B ob will be just as hot as A ob next season.

Well done James! youve looked like you were going to fall of the perch a few times and give us all a chance to catch up but i think you were just playing mind games with us all! :angry:

I guess we should say a big con grats to doug too! that stock tiger of his earnt him a 3rd place, the 1000 points he earnt when none of us were there helped <_< but all the same a 3rds a 3rd. Well done!

Thanks Tim, like Ian, I'm really happy with my results for 'A' Outboard in my "rookie" year ^_^ ^_^ ^_^

Yes, the practice and the testing sure paid off, however, the help you gave me was the main thing, as well as spending most of last year watching you, Greg, Gino & MJ and asking lots of questions. This allowed to learn the "secret" of winning races - "to finish 1st, first you must finish" and the other old chestnut, "it's not always the fastest boat that wins".

Apart from all that, having a such sweet handling HTB290 sure didn't hurt

well the new boat is painted still need to have another buff to get some smal marks

out of the clear sadley i will not be able to race it this weekend but thats ok

well what a **** afternoon on sunday the boating was top but the trip home

cost me a $1200 dam hail $1200 worth of damage to my hilux

how did eveyone go hope it missed you all at penrith i got just got under a bridge in time

before it started raining gole balls still i got hit with small stuff

it would normaly take me an hour and 20 to get home not this time two hours and 45

it took boy did i have the *****

Sorry to hear the storm got you.

I was at Penrith until about 5.30pm and all we got was about 8 drops of rain and a slight breeze. :huh: :huh:

When I was got home I heard about the storm hitting Blacktown and the Central Coast and was wondering how you went. My driveway was covered in leaves from the hail stones hammering the trees around my place but otherwise everything was OK.
