What class can i run my 7.5 outboard Tunnel in at BOB

(gives me another class to run in for some fun)

45 hydro, i think thats a good idea to run it...who cares if they are all heaps faster, at least you can learn to drive a bit more (not meaning your a bad driver though...)

Well if you were real lucky you could run in 7.5 outboard tunnel....

(guess what just arrived in the mail yesterday!!!! hehehe)

hey all greg i might bring mine up if i can get the parts that i need

outboards are comeing back

its true i did have a hard timegoing from stock 2 mod but lucky i had people down at the club who new a bit about the pipe's

You need 7.5 parts???? I do have a complete 7.5 outboard engine... (Air cooled 8703)...

Probably dont need it now that..... well..... hehehe nevermind :)

yeah borrowing the whole engine would not be a problem....

Going away this weekend so I wont be around until about next Wednesday....

Boys,

bring on the 7.5 outbords. I am going to enter both 3.5 and 7.5 outboard classes at BOTB.

I will run euipment from Vans Racing and Design boats in both classes.

Just further to preious post

with regards to a class,

eg,7.5 outboard,can that be made up of lets say 1 x 7.5s and the rest smaller engine outboards??

or does it have to be 3 x 7.5s

Mate fair enough my 2004 rule book says 3,

the new one must say 5,

Guys you will need to talk to Bucky about the 7.5 outboard class, you may need to enter them in B Tunnel cause of this post on the AMPBA forum.

I have spoken to the BOTB Committee and we feel that we don't want to add anymore classes

to our entry form. We have already extended our race meet(three days racing) to cater for the

high number of competitors that we normally get in the hope of getting thru five rounds of racing.

I think after what happened at the Hunter Valley Champs I think we should follow this to get value out of the weekend. To travel and race five heats per boat is much more enjoyable especially for the guys with only one boat.

B O/B tunnel is on the entry form....... right after A O/B tunnel :p :p :p

I think the quoted reference was for Electric boat classes.
