I would do 350.00 Shipped. It might seem steep. However like I said. It’s gotta go to the right person. I’ve seen I sold “in great shape “ for however much. But this is not in “great shape”. It’s Brand New!!!! lol. I also understand the parts debate. But again. I could fix it. If I can fix it. The “Right person” should be able to fix it as well.

Brian , you have been out of the loop for a long time . This engine while very nice is not the Rosetta stone of engines . There are no replacement parts for it unless scoured on Ebay . Just a suggestion but I would jump at the offer presented . Been around this stuff since 1980 and know the market well . Good luck with sale !

Yeah no I know. But I’m a fabricator as well as a contractor in the State of Florida. That’s why I was saying to a guy that can make parts if needed.

I’m a Machinist myself. If you can fabricate parts and keep it rolling why don’t you just keep the engine? Do you make parts for the K&B in your scale?

Mornin’ Brian, yes, it is a bit steep based on typical standards these days but today, I think you’ve found as “right person” as you will find in a reasonable time for a couple of reasons already mentioned.
Lets do a deal. What method of payment do you prefer.?

Yeah I haven’t. “Yet”. lol sorry for the delayed response. Hard to keep up with stuff sometimes. However. I’ve made parts Fir Novarossi,O.S.,and Redds. I just want it to go to the right person. I’m new to the Boat game. But I’ve been racing Nitro since a was idk. I can’t remember now. 4 strokes. lol. I’m 49 and I couldn’t have been more than 14-15 when I started.

Well. I’m not that lucky!!! I didn’t make it. . I just wasn’t ready and apparently. I could be loosing my mind. lol. I sent what I believe to be a message to just you. Enlighten me if you would. lol.

I can offer $350 shipped for my "nostalgia" build but for much more, I become more inclined to just install the CMB already waiting on me.

I understand the values you put on this engine and don't disagree for the exact right person, it's just that our values aren't 100% aligned.

For example, I would pay $425 and maybe more for less of an engine NIB Super Tigre G65 for this particular boat so I could build exactly as it as was originally intended in the late 70's when my dad started it...using exh. throttle & water cooled head we made and good ole side exhaust stack. Kid me in the 80's put it in a Sk daddle 40 with an OS carb and wore it out. This Rossi a better fit than the CMB in this WingDing for me....I'd say it fits my plan about 82% as well as a good/NIB G65 would.
