    P Ltd/Spec Batteries?

Tim, you don't run a fast electric tunnel. I am running 5000 MA packs and I don't come close to using all that is available. If you think we need a battery rule for the club lets talk about it at the winter meeting. I really don't care if someone is running 6000 packs, but, I checked our FE...

    P-spec tunnel hull recommendations

Hi Tony, I am running a Vision and it works very well. That said, a Top Speed Three also appears to be a good choice as it has a lot room for all your electrical gear, is affordable, available, and is a good running hull when set up properly. Bill

What batteries for P Limited Rigger?

Does sitting at a storage rate effect the life of the battery? I don't test much and only heat race my boats. With running about six races a year my packs spend most of the time at a storage level. Should this be figured into the mix when purchasing a premium pack or a middle of the road pack...

    Puffing up batteries, help.

Hi Tim You may also want to check your timing. I puffed a gens Ace when I had the timing at 15 degrees. Backed off to 7.5 degrees and problem went away. Also no apparent lose of speed. I was running a M445 with a UL-1 motor. Hope this helps. Bill

Do FE Limited classes result in more carnage?

Doug I agree on the mill time. It would fix some off the problems Bill

Do FE Limited classes result in more carnage?

I am new to FE racing and run the limited classes. I think their is way more carnage in FE than in nitro ( all I have to do is look at my boats ). I think part of it is lack of respect to the fellow competitors, part of it is a flip or crash still gives you a 50% chance of landing upright and...

    Dist 6 INVASION!..

I think the FE crowd from Wisconsin is coming to. We should start thinking about unloading and then parking at the south end. We will also need to really keep things moving as I think we are going to have the most boats I have ever seen at one of our club races. Going to be fun for sure. See...

Current IMPBA and NAMBA FE Rules.......

I think they need to add it. I am new to FE but it seems the Limited class is the fastest growing. I remember when their was no sport tunnel class either and now that is more popular than B tunnel in IMPBA. Just my two cents Bill

    Gens Ace Hard Case

I have a four cell Gens Ace hard case I want to use in my tunnel. Room is an issue. Is it possible to remove the hard case and run the battery without it? Any Information will be appreciated. Thanks Bill

Promoting interest on an IMPBA pond

Mic, I understand, I agree that with what we have it is impossible to do what I would like to do. The whole idea of this post is to get people thinking about where our hobby is and where it is going. We have to examine why our boat counts are down and it's not all about the economy. Look around...
