Hi all,

Its real good to see you finally got your boat on the water, I ordered and paid for my 90% SGX Twin 90 kit from CMDI about 2 years ago, 1 year ago I got part 1 of the kit, now cant get the rest to complete it, so 2 years on still sits on the shelf as nothing but a bad investment and experience with CMDI.

They have stopped responding to any and all communication so can only assume that means they intend not supplying what I paid for.

Just wondering if any one else has or is having same issue, maybe get together for a class action against these guys ?

Cheers, Steve Trott NZ.
Sorry to hear that Steve....I got engine cowls from them over the summer of this year for building my outriggers & got very good service.

Steve sorry to here about your loss. But it is as a newbie your experience with race builder's is lacking. You sound like most consumers. In the world of artistry you get it when you get it and you better be cool about it. Again sorry you didn't resurch how to purchased the best was going to be like but don't use my thread to soap box you personal problem . I and the rest of the boaters on this site are dealing with the same problem weather it's boats cars plains ext. If you can't wait maybe spend the next lifetime developing your own and we will be at you mercy and some misunderstanding NEWBIE can wine about YOU! Again sorry for your loss Charlie

Guys im looking for a matched set of Andy Brown parabolic pipes and 67 billet pipe to match this one
Alright found one and did what Allen said. I have pulled the pipes apart and sand blasted the joints and had a aircraft welder weld all the seams the l ground and refinished the pipes. Still looking for a set of matched 84 parabolic pipes to test also. Just got my CMDI carbon fiber cowl installed and hatch covers. Later Charles

Yes you're right on that one as soon as I pulled them out wow what a difference. A Allen I also tried a set of H31s pretty good on the oval track for acceleration. I like the 1667s better either one fry the water.

Charles,

I will try and get your 2167/3's out next week.

They are almost done, but we are racing the next two weeks in a row.

I Have been having a lot of fun and great performance at the Lake lately.

I am sure glad to be out racing and testing more this year. How did the

other propellers workout for you?

Thanks,

Mark Sholund
