Hey Ron, you never take any pictures of us when you come to Brandon. Are you afraid your camera would break? I guess we're not much to look at, but we sure can run boats. Don :D

Hey Don, thats cause I'm either busy running, scoring or Cd'ing and I normally forget the camera :D

Ron,

You're sure right there, don't see you sitting around much on race day!!!!!!

Ron;

Thanks for coming over. We had a blast. It was nice for the newbies to see what the serious guys are doing. LOL Is the boat trailer hooked up? LOL Next time maybe we won't have to diagnose all the problems. We went back on Sunday and made some progress. I will be back in two weeks to run again.

We are just more entertaining. You guys don't make any funny mistakes. We sink more boats, and even drive off without hooking up the club trailer. LOL.

Yes! Thanks for coming out Ron, it was a Blast!! Hope to see you again soon, maybe down in Broward County.

If anyone needs directions to the Tampabay Model Boat Association Lake or needs a membership application just pickup the phone and call me. (727) 808-5172 and remind me you saw this post..

Yes Sir! That is correct. Rod won gas outrigger at the Winternats. Bud is the airplane guy who is now running boats too. Both nice guys.

He is a guy from St. Pete. I forgot his name.

His name was Robert Gore. He is from St Pete and ran a Gas Mono, and a Gas Cat. Really nice guy, hopefully joins the club. Mentioned that he likes to "Paint" hint, hint....

I got Rob Gore started with one of my old gas monos, he's a really good guy and has been bitten by the boat bug, help him out when you can and he'll make a good club member.

DOH !! I knew the day I didn't make it out to the lake there'd be good turnout !!! A week from Saturday guys.....let's do it again !!!!

Jim...would you eat a sandwich or something ?? you're getting to **** skinny !!

Bruce

Yeah, well....Some of us like to boat and others like to watch....Guess which one you are Bruce....Muahahaaaa! Yes. We are helping Bob Gore as much as we can when he decides to bring his boats to the pond instead of watching like someone else....Eh? Bruce? :ph34r: ;)

As everyone can see we do have a lot of fun getting after each other, of course all in the name of fun. We also are very serious about going fast and spend NUMEROUS hours sorting out our boats and looking for speed.

We have members who just want to have fun and serious racers alike. Newbies and old timers come out to the lake every weekend. We are definatley blessed to have a nice lake and a diverse membership. Anyone in the Tampa Bay area is welcome to come out and join us.
