Yes that is the factory designed fuel system with a 24 oz main and a 2 oz header tank woth 5/ 32" tubing . The cutting was easy I laid it out with a fine point sharpie and a straight edge then put a tape border . I didn't run the dremel wide open as I was afraid it would cook the teeth on the cutter .
