Is there a small pitch gauge you can take with you when your running and check your props ? I am looking for something small like that . Is the woods or speed master portable and quick like that ? If anyone has one they would let go let me know .

Yes the Woods and Speedmaster style pitch gauge is very easy to use in the field. The Orlic is a little more difficult to use. Good luck on your search.

I would hunt for a new one but I cant afford new anyways . I was lucky to be able to afford the anvil . I still need pliers and gauge to get going for spring.

BAM RACING PRODUCTS makes one. Comes with instructions & formula to translate to pitch. But I like it for a quick reference, been using this for 25 yrs. All you need extra is a dial caliper. Handy when sharpening your props by using the pointer on the side to check that each blade is the same at the same point. Works on 3/16 or 1/4 inch bore props.
