Overcast and windy most of the time until late afternoon. Hi, I just got home. Had a blast with everyone. There ought to be some great pix coming. Lots of people showed up, more than I thought would. Quite a few Gas boats and 2 seaplanes for aerial entertainment but the occasional gusts gave us that too with the boats!

Missy had her hands on a radio for the first time and did pretty well, it looks like Wade might have to do some more boat shopping now! ;D

I stopped at Tony Packo's on the way home and spent too much money in there, nice little corner bar with lots of great food.

HEHEHE.. 07:00 my BUTT ;D Wade showed up at 07:30... And here I thought I'd be the one late to B.E...

Had a BLAST again.. Even though only Mary's boat ran a couple of laps. The hybrid 32" WOF wouldn't even start.. Gotta look into that.. The Red Solution needed a battery pack / switch replacement. Once that got worked out, the throttle cable would move... Ok, get the CA out, used too much... Throttle cable now glued to the sheath.. :-[ :-[

OK guys, where are the pix? We never did get a group shot.

I thought that somebody would mention the light pole incident but not me, I ain't saying a thing! ;D

Wade is usually an early riser, I see him on often when I get on before I head to work. You G.R. people didn't beat me by much but then again I drove around the wrong Park for almost an hour!

I took about 2 mins worth of vid.. No shots. With the problems I was having with my boats, I just plain forgot to take more vid / pics... I'll have to take some time tonight to do pics of the vid I did take. Not certain which boat it was, but I've got a gasser doing the ole wind flip

Glad you made it home, and I wanted to see the bar code boat run. Course I think alittle to much wind for it.

and how, I remember you and Dale saying you got the vids of the gas boat flipping. all my toys arent nitro. ;D

Thats whys its a INSANE BOAT. Thats the first its ever flipped like that on me, got that gust of wind, around that 1st turn and away it went.

I BELEIVE I was CATCHING THEM OTHER TWO.

I could be wrong, But i started later and was about a 1/2 a lap down, but think i was catching them.

need to see vids, LOL To make sure.

ohh yeah almost forgot I was told we need to learn how to park better.... wouldn't you know the chances of a schoolmate of mine was heading down watch the U of M game and stopped at the same rest stop
