be interesting to see what you use for your building jigThe laser cut pieces all fit together like a jig saw puzzle resulting in everything being square and flat. I did use a jig which I recommend using while the glue is drying to keep everything square
great, thanks for posting Tim!David here is my jig. Very simple, a flat board is needed with some 1"x 1" angle. You should slot the screws securing the angle to make it ajustable. I use wax paper when glueing to keep the wood from sticking. Use a square to be sure everything spot on.
