I've noticed a problem with my battery after a full run (8 laps) that my b atterys are real hot and swelled. (Used b atterys) Not sure if my batterys are no good or if I have the motor to low. Prop is a m445 with work done to it. Any ideas!!!!!

cheap batteries + M445 prop + UL1 Motor + 8 Laps = hot equipment IMO

The batterys I bought used real cheap I'm thinking that is the main problem but I'm not sure I also bought the motor/lawless/prop as a complete running setup all I did was transfer everything to a new hull and I also noticed that after i let the pack sit they return to regular size .

8 laps is a stretch if your near the FE cliff. The M445 is a lot of prop and needs a good motor (bearings and wires) and batteries to finish. How many ma's are your cells. Are they NANO hype's? You might cut the diameter down a bit to 42-43mm.

Every time you overheat your cells they loose efficiency. They will come back after swelling but they don't heal.

Mic. I'm running all the right gear for the class. aquacraft 2030kv & 60 amp speedcontroller.

These are the battery that I bought from you at the Brandon race I finally got around to soldering the ends on. Anyway I ran both sets and they both heated up.

Dan, let you use my 4s, Hyperion 5000mah. Running 6.5 castle connectors, or take esc, set up too. Aquacraft..

Call...

45c. 90 burst, and turnigys..

If 445 was worked farther than a detongue and Barr cut, boom!!!

Raise motor, get a cheap infrared temp gauge from harbor frt.
