Nice looking boats. But I must ask where is all the saw dust from the building. I can never keep my shop that clean. I have always got saw dust floating in the shop.

Well, Went to Ron Shaw's/ Mike Breavort's pond last weekend and Ron Dick Loeb, James Beasley, Mike and Kevin Breavort, and Donnie (gas engine builder) were all there running all weekend. Got to test the GP400, GP265 and my Dominos Pizza 1/8th scale around an actually bouyed course and it was awesome. The GP400 is now running around 70mph in heat trim, set up as an FE hull. A little tip cup on the prop I had been using really got it running well. The GP265...what can I say, a 26.5" hull, running around the course at close to 60mph! What a cool running small boat. The Dominos did very well too, its really fun to see an 1/8th scale run. Had a lot of fun, and the GP series really showed their stuff!

Met up with some friends in VA today. Got John Finch to get behind the wheel so I could video this for you guys. I think this might even be the first time John has driven an FE boat! When he got done running, we discussed some things to make it even better. The first thing is getting the rudder on the right side of the transom instead of the left. He felt when the boat blew off in the video it was because he had zero rudder input at the time, where he had been giving it a touch of right rudder during the rest of the running, and the boat lifted the sponson. He felt the right side rudder mounting would help eliminate that. The 10-15mph quartering wind didn't help either! Anyways, the rudder was shortened up today and the boat picked up 5-6mph, so I was very happy about that! Maybe this will help show you what this boat is all about! Enjoy, Mike

A few more of the SX400 for your viewing pleasure! haha, Mike

PS, yes, that is (4) 4s 5000 35c hyperion packs in the front fitting comfortably...8s 10000mah anyone?

and I'm really excited about getting it!

Well, months later, I finally got one finished! haha. This is a pretty sweet looking hull. I still have to sand the outside sponson deck edge, then sand all of the boat, and epoxy. Enjoy, Mike
