I have used these before to do fine work on props. They are not flap disk. I dont think what you want exist. Good luck in your search.

I am using them for final edge finish. So I have them in the 200-320 range.

Look in the Gesswein.com jewelers catalog.
Or Dremel makes nice 36-grit radial disc wheels.
3M abrasives are the benchmark in the industry.

Which type mount do you use? I assume it's for 1 inch disk if not what are they 1/8 " shank

The mounts are at the bottom of the link. They are 1/4 shank. Are you looking for 1/8. They can be turned down to 1/8.

Alan, I’ve used mini flap wheels of the flat style but the smallest was 2” dia on a 1/4” die grinder. If you find a source for 1” let me know I’d slit an order with you if the minimum is large.

Probably not, but I have a few I might share.

Dremel makes some nice dog toenail trimming sanding discs with quick connects that work well if you like sandpaper discs. I think 3M has much better quality discs that last much longer.
