Cool wes is cooking again its always a feast you going to do it at lake or motel

We will be doing it at our camper or dads which is next to the pit area.

We tested there Sunday with reported 30 mph wind gusts from the south and the lake was still relatively calm. I predict this will be a fun site to race at.

I thought since this is the first race in this area we need a real nice concourse trophy before the scales start gettin road rash and repairs. So Jill spent MORE of my money on a real nice one.

Johnston City and the Williamson County Tourism Bureau have done a lot to support this event. We get a great venue where we can race and in return we get to put on a show for the local folks. WDDD will start running promo adds on April 24th and will continue to run them until May 4th. This is in addition to a two hour live broadcast on Sunday. We are currently trying to coordinate the air time with the final heats. The man on the mic? We'll announce that later. All I can say is that he's done a great job for us in the past and he's looking forward to announcing this race.

Having said this "IF" I can escape I might be able to buzz down (Little redhead and I) on Sunday to watch a few rounds.
