thanks charlie,hope things come together there.i hate to see great ponds or places such as Huntsville fall apart.that was a big dissapointment to me when branam springs park let some of the best boat racing you could ever ask for virtually die out.

Hey Guys,

We just had our "Can we make a Race" phone conference and the news is disappointing.

We did not receive enough entries to make it worth while for folks to drive a long way to come race. Gas prices probably have a lot to do with that.

But, we want to run our boats anyway, so several of us will be spending Saturday running our boats. We will have a "Fun Run and anyone that wants to come run boats is welcome. All you need is a current IMPBA card, so come have some fun with us..

If the weather is not good on Saturday, we'll be there Sunday, weather permitting.

We can keep track in this thread if you're interested.
