My forum seems to be running really slow, takes a long time to load another post. Anybody else?

Slow on my phone (4g or WiFi), tablet & desktop for the last few days. Android systems on the phone & laptop, windows on the desktop. Have even been drop kicked to a "network error" pages few times.
