I might have been a little drunk but at least after finishing drinking at 4.30am I got up after a few hours of sleep to race.
Unlike yourself who slept all day in the tent and missed the racing.
Americans have learned after this trip, you must come drinking with the Aussies

Well I've made it back home safely and glad to be here.
I thought the races were well organized and went pretty smooth except for the rain on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
You may as well call it the Ernie Lafure show!
SIX US 1's. WOW was he good. I think he used a 2 wheeler to get all those awards to the truck. LOL
Nice person and a great competitor.
My first Internats and a great time was had for me. Alot of new friends and alot of IW members, great people.
My son Alec and me coaching started the fourth round of Sport Tunnel. Came out second after the first set of bouy's. Alec getting anxious after 3 laps cut the leaders wake at #5 bouy and wham, he dumped it. Seeing that we're thinkin we have to win the next heat. just to place but when we looked at the line up, there was Grim. Well we finished that heat 2nd behind Grim. When the points came out after all the heats have ran we wound up 6th. 75 points out of 3rd. Lesson well learned. You must finish all your races. Very fun class and the Villan looks to be the boat to run.

You got me on that one Grub....... slept right through the races.
didnt you fall asleep in the hotel parking lot after they dragged you down stairs to go racing??....... good times, lol

Ernie met his goal this year of winning 6 US-1's . He is truley unbelievable! He entered 12 events.
