Yes you can. Don Maher tested the Crown vs. the Coleman and there were no differences in performance.

Walmart usually carries both
Crown is cheaper

Thanks, I’ve bought lots of servo arms and other items for my gasser planes from them but never a pump. Their products are excellent.

This is what I contructed for a portable station for my boats, just a plain 2 gallon gas jug, with a Hanger 9 fuel pump, and a piece of diamond plated aluminum. plus a tie down strap to hold it in place.

I’m trying to get a setup for a gas can with a pump to be easy to carry. Can anyone recommend or provide pictures of their setup?

This is about 20 years old with the second pump - Hanger 9. It may not win any artistic Design Awards but it sure works good

A few notes..

If you hands are larger you will want to make a little extra room around the handle to get a better grasp.
The black 3D Printed well on the top is for a line plug (so ya dont drop it in the grass)

Thats all.. works a charm. (I did machine a G10 cap insert and used some Lure Locks on the cap but any fitting will do)
