For sale forum questions

Hi All,

My next job is taking me to Boston and I would like to sell as many of my models (boats, planes, and engine parts) as I could and pack those I can not sell.

I have never sold or purchased on the net. I would like to post in the For Sale Forum here. What is the procedure? The buyer pays only after receiving the items or the seller gets the money first?

Also, any boaters in Boston area? Where do you run your boats?

well unless it is a well respected boater i would make sure you get the money first then send the parts. most people deal with paypal i have only purchested things with paypal so i dont know how to recieve money from them.

Then I thought I have not been very active in this forum and I have not sold anything. Why would anyone trust me to send me money first?

Thats the way it is done, they have to trust you if they want to buy your item. You can send your item first but you will get burned someday. TB
