Tom was wonderin about the choices for a .21 Hawk,

So I thought, what about seein just what everyone is runnin. Vote and comment, Quality, Performance, Price,

Overall, Etc........

I've tried 3 different pipes on my 21 mono, an OPS 3280, an Irwin quiet pipe and a Rossi quiet pipe. The Irwin and Rossi are pretty close in performance and are a lot better than the OPS plus quieter. The quietest and cheapest is the CMB TT pipe. At around $38.00 it's not a bad buy.

Well call me a cheap O'l fart but Mac is my choice, Last one I ran was on my .21 Shovelnose. I have also ran OPS and Irwin, But I can pick up a Mac local. Usually one cut on length and I know what to expect, simple, cheap, and good quality.

Voting is still open and comments are welcome ;)

I think it does depend on the application and the type of motor being used. If we are talking muffled pipes then I didn't like the mac's pipe at all, but the unmuffled ones go very well : :)

I think also that the MAC21 motors like different pipes to say a Novarossi because of the header diameter and length to the rear cone without the 180 degree header.

Tom,

Are you using your MAC in the Hawk?

Tim.

Good point Tim, I was talkin std Mac pipes, never ran the muffed version. I run a

T- Mod silencer if I need to quiet things down a bit.
