As for the 105. All of the shake down races showed the potential. But there were a few minor issue that I needed to work on. But I think I have them covered.............. ;)

Mr. Smock. Question regarding mill for FE heats in D13. When the clock starts, all the FE boats go in the water, head directly to and around the start buoy and hold behind the start finish line. My question is when all the boats are in the water and in position, can I start my mill, or do I have to wait for the 30 second mark. I asked you this question at last years race and I though you said the only requirement was that all boats must be running by the 30 second mark, but when I started my mill lap at 35 seconds, someone kept saying "hey, you're leaving early".

is it a half mil or full? what do u mean that all boats must be running at 30 sec?

It's one full mill lap. The boats are sitting dead in the water behind the start line. By 30 seconds, all boats must be moving.

Yes full mill and all boats must be running by 30 seconds. You can leave the dock at 1:00 if you want to.

We'll cover the start and finish at the drivers meeting so that everyone is on the same page.

Looking forward to it fellas.

1/3-Mile Oval Course

1. Total distance around 1/6 mile - 880 feet.

2. Turn radius both ends - 35 feet.

3. (chute) length, front and back - 330.05 feet

The "J" start went out with the round cells. ;)
