1/8 FE Prop starting point

Myself and another club member are getting a pair of 1/8 scale FEs up and running... We will be running 850 KV motors on 8S and limited to 57mm max prop size... What would be a good starting point for props?

I have been running a Prather 240 with very good results. 53.84mm Dia. 1.6 pitch.
