Good evening fellow boaters. I'm on the chase for speed and wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction for a prop on the RSX380 outrigger. I mainly want to do SAW runs. Thank you and happy boating

ZTW 200a
SSS 4082 1650kv and I'd like to see 100mph

That's going to be tough to hit with the low KV and need to swing a very high pitch prop. The ESC will probably be your limiter as you will need about 350A peak to hit 100mph.
A V947/3 will get you into the 80's, a V955/3 will get you into the high 90's.
An ABC 2221 19-28 or 2223 17-45 will get you into the low 100's but will likely burn up something or cause the tail to lift resulting in a stuff.

You would be better advised to get a ~2200kv motor and run the V947/3 to hit 100mph.
