I suspect many are already here, just hasn't been enough traffic to chime in. I for one have learned a ton from Paul P on electric and gotten tons of tips from the nitro guys as well. This is a great board, as Eddie says "Two Props Up"!

What's the white board, am I missing one?!

It's not so much the fact that the red search doesn't work that cranks me up. It's the information that is contained in multiple years of posts. They're just gone.

Hopefully the gang can get back to exchanging ideas and produce another stellar database to reference from.

i'm told one thing that upsets people is locked posts..... i think I can count on 1 hand how many posts i've ever locked on iwaters. the only reason i lock a post really is profanity or something real bad.... usually it's anything goes...... i try to treat adults like adults..... if you want to do something stupid.... i don't need to lock a post to prove that..... everyone else on the forum will see it.

and i encourage anyone to advertise.... hell as long as your not flyby night ill put ya on the main page! our hobby is too small to try to keep people out.

Hence the "real reason" for the increased traffic!

(If this statement touches a nerve with anyone, it must hold the truth for them. You know what it means)

Thanks for letting us know about this board sooner!

Hey guy's welcome to the Dark side.

It seems that we as model boaters are finally mature enough to realize we can play together yet not to mature to still have fun.

My club http://www.nlmbc.org/ has decided to add a couple electric classes to our first race this year to see if we could get a few of you guys to come out and play.

Our club was aproached by a couple of people who wanted to race their electric boats at our club races and I am proud to say the club was very open to the idea.

We decided to try this at our first race of the season to see if it would draw enough racers to support the classes.

.If the turn out is strong I can see this being extended to our other races in the season .

So Anyone in the D-1 area that would like to come and play contact Randall Thomas for the date.

Hope to see you guy's there.

well, I have been here for a while too.....but I follow the traffic. Recently I was checking the red one daily and the blue one weekly.

Guess I will have to flip that around

I am easy, I follow the wisdom B)

now...just waiting on soft water <_<

Look's like this is a nice place to be. It's great to see people getting along. This is a place where boaters of any kind can make comments. It does not matter if you run Gas, Nitro, or Electric. I am happy to be here.

:D

Yeah, and he's bringing me to MC6 also.

I think he likes to just beat up on me on the pond

We are both looking foward to hanging with you guys again
