Robert,

We try to do drivers meeting 8:45ish and start heat 1 by nine. Normal day would be about 3:30 end time and do awards.

Hi, I'm from Minnesota and if all the stars line up and the creek doesn't rise I may make the Tampa race. I have two questions. Can you remove the wing on a vegas and still run ready to run class. Also, does NAMBA still require the prop hub to be under the boat in sport 20? Thanks Bill Wachtler

Hi Bill ,Take the wing off that boat and come race with us!! In other words, yes you can! In sport 20 the prop can come out past the transom the length of one drive dog....Hope the stars line up and the creek dont rise for ya so you can race with us.....youll have a GREAT time! sincerely, Bill Gibson

Look forward to seeing you all this weekend, not racing, but I am bringing the video to tape some heats.

Actually, Bill G. is not quite correct. I'm sure he meant drive dog, but he said prop. The drive dog is allowed to extend past the transom up to 1 drive dog length! (NAMBA Sport Hydro rule)

We're always glad to have new drivers come out to the WCRA races. Come on down, the water's fine. Besides, the creek won't be rising because it will still be frozen!

Thanks guys, I did mean the drive dog. My sport 20 would not be legal as the strut is attached to the transom (IMPBA legal) I do have a 20 tunnel so that would have to make the trip. It's a long shot right now but here's hoping. Bill

We will be adding a class of Open Electric Tunnel for all of you electric guys. Well, OK for some of you electric guys.
