Almost !!!!! It starts right away , but has a little "lean spot " right off idle that makes you feel like it's going to stall but it picks right up and pulls hard . IDFKnow .... if it gets any worse it will go to Ford thats for sure .

Throttle body gasket ? start the engine, spray some brake cleaner around the intake areas, MAP,clamps loose, gasket gone, if the rpm smooths out, ya got a leak.

Check all clamps, hoses ect for leaks,

Just did this on my BMW 740iL, simple fix.

Just be careful if you do that - with the type of carb or brake cleaner- some of them are none to sensor friendly ..............

You gonna go out and fly rockets with us Sat now that your turd is back on the road Foley ???????????

So far it looks like me , Windex - Dan the new guy from Jersey - Premo and even Otto ;)

There is a chance the induction cleaner has softened the intake seals. They are rubber and get hard as a rock over time . Lets wait for the check engine light to rear its ugly head.....

rrrrrrrrg Tom in post 24 you said no codes? If the light has been on so much you covered it I bet the answer was right in front of you.

History of light : at about 60,000 miles the ECM Relay went bad stranding me . relay was replaced , light was on and stayed on , drove it till 279,000 then this new episode . guys said they didn't get any codes relating to the problem , but they replaced two coils and all the plugs , tried new Iac , TPS , MAS . Didn't fix anything so they put back the old parts , van starts better but has a hesitation or momentary bog but otherwise runs good . Light is still on !! I'm driving it till it gets worse , at that point it will go to Ford . :D

I would find a mechanic that won't throw parts at it. Seems like its not working. Are they not doing a KOER test. The only reason a check engine light would be on and not be a running issue would be a EVAP code. Unless the EVAP purge solenoid is sticking open.
