I think it looks like a lot of fun and fun always looks beautiful to me. I plan on having one like that on my shelf at some point, it won't be very soon but hopefuly this summer.

I've been thinking about fuel tanks and for a .12 size engine, is it realy nessesary to use a second tank? I have a nitro truck that I worked the engine a little and I run that stinker WOT from a full tank to empty and I haven't see a shortage issue in it. I'm thinking that the lower fuel volume usage of the 12's may let us get away without the hopper tank.

Joe it's more a controlling of the fuel slosh I would think. That nitro truck ain't never gonna see the G forces these little boats will pull thru a corner, got to keep that pickup tube covered. :D

That makes sense. What would be a reasonable minimum size for the second tank? If I understood correctly Anthony is using a 1oz tank for the second. Would something like a 1/2oz tank be enough? I'm just trying to get a feel for what is needed in this application.

Does someone MAKE a 1/2 oz. tank? I'd think a 1oz. is the way to go. B)

I was chewing on the concept of making a tank with an integral 1/2 - 1oz tank. Or perhaps puting the small plastic tank inside the larger one to save some space.
