Are you using the stock throttle arm or will you make your own?

I will use a custom throttle arm and shorten the shaft coming from the drum.
And also make a custom mount for the throttle wire.

I think this pipe design is the one I will try.
And then maybe try to make another more compact design, like a wrap around pipe.

I can also see that making a new lower will let me mount the engine 40 mm lower

Do you have a 3D printer?
If you do, you could print this one. (I may need to do some changes due to your use of imperial screws)
I have enclosed the .stl file
Or did you drool for a shiny aluminium one?

But realistically needed to find a better mount so the file will be perfect!! What are the holes designed for currently? I can either order the metric screw or tap them for the next size bigger standard

I’m sure I can track down a 3D printer!

I tap them for M3. This model is for 7,5
If you print this model the holes are 2,5 mm, which is the bore for M3 threads.
If you need the full file, let me know.
I’ll try to remember making an extra for 7,5

As I`m getting older, and more grumpy (if possible), I`m thinking a lot more of 1/4 scale. And with grumpiness the need for your very own stuff grows exponentially. (I`m stubborn and picky too, if in doubt...)
I have started sketching on my very own lower made specifically for the CMB 91/101. It will take time for sure, but eventually and hopefully I will manage to make my own 1/4 scale tunnel with my own designed hardware
