Tuning advise

Thanks guys for all your help. I think... I found the problem. There was something cloging my fuel intake in the high needle valve. I unscrewed it and blew in through the fuel tube and something flew out, couldn't really see what it was. I guess that is why 3 1/2 out was still lean....

I have not tried it yet but I think problem has been solved.
