Hi

Is there anyone here who has managed to setup an RC needle/fuel valve on the TS2 with the stock fuel tank? The problem is that I dont find a good route for the wire pushrod that will be connected to the needle. An narrower (word?) fuel tank would for sure help, but I like the stock fuel tank.

Andreas

Are you talking about using a 3rd channel setup? I did one on my TS2, but it was using a metal tank, not the stock one.

JD! My TS2 doesnt really look that way, have you raised the fuel tank?

Andreas

Hey Anders, im gonna venture to say that Jerry meant to type "mgrim" instead of "mgraim" since his name is Mark Grim. Give that a try.

Andreas, I would also venture to say the pic of the TS doesnt look like yours because the picture may be of the protoype TS 3 that the Aquacraft guys are working with??

but what do I know?.....not much.

Hey James,

Two for Two. :) It is Mark Grim and that's a prototype TS in the photo. However, I've also run a similar mixture control on a TS2.

Woo Hoo!!! Ding Ding Ding...

:D

Jerry, I just found out we may be heading out your way when we leave Germany in a few years. Portland is where the headquarters is for Army Corps of Engineers and that is who my wife works for. You guys got room for another tunnel freak over there in the district?

Hey James,

Portland is about two hours away from our pond and about the same time from the pond in Springfield where Lohring Miller runs.

Another outboard racer is always welcome. :)
