TRIM TABS

I am putting my 39" Cal-Craft back together and looking for some info on where to mount the trim tabs.

I remember hearing to line them up with the strakes.

Any suggestions.

David, center the trim plate to the inner strake. Mount 1/32 up on the transom to prevent drag. I use a 6`` mechanics ruler layed on the trim plate for the 1/32 measurment. after mounted use a straight edge off the bottom of the boat to set them level if they have adjustment screws. jw
