My son is working on a science project and needs to measure the RPM of a coil motor he made. Before I buy a digital tach, I need to know if it will pick up the RPM on the coil. I've attached a picture so you can see what he will measure.

I needed a tach to measure the PHM.... "Porcelain Hugs per Minute" :lol:
