Thanks for posting that Ron. After watching the video, reading the story and all the comments - I find it hard to believe any NAMBA member would risk loosing a nice race site like Sunset park for chasing birds. I was a member of the Decker Lake club in SLC for a few years before retiring and moving to another state. The County owned the Lake and it was designated a wildlife sanctuary on the West side and R/C boating was allowed on the East side. The club would do a couple thorough clean-up's every year- and guess what- most of the trash we picked up was left by fisherman and those that fed the birds(plastic bags with bread or bait inside, Fishing line and baited hooks and other junk). Would you leave items like this around your children or pets- no.
