I also have a wood version of this boat.. a good runner but was hard to keep on the water over 50mph. We were making progress however.

I appreciate the pictures . I think I will pass it on to the next person though. My son has a lap cat 3 with a outboard we converted to brushless and he is wanting to finish it up first. he spent 150 on a battery for it and doesn't have the money for more batteries and hardware right now for this one.

If you need a Phil Thomas Sport 20 I have a couple of them
just hanging around in Mark’s Marina. My wife would love
someone to help out with my Marina clean up.
We have a Leecraft Sport 20 under construction as well
as two Blazer Sport 20’s as well. It is a busy time of year
here in the Marina.

Hi Mark I appreciate you remembering I mentioned it. We do want to try one. When you get time Pm me I would like to see photos of them and what it would take to complete them.

I had meant to get with you on my speed master prop gauge a while back when I got it but shortly after had a heart attack and had to take a break for a bit there.
Now I am getting back to normal so we just went and ran last weekend and that was neat being able to do that again.

Just get back with me when you have time.

Here what she looks like.
Built one years ago.
Used Speedmaster mini rudder Speedmaster extended 20 strut under the hull.
i can make the turn fin for it.
