1. You run your 1/4" stuffing tube throught the strut.Kez said:Questions:

2. It has a lot more contact area compared to two lead/Teflon bushings or needle bearings. Will this be more draggy?
3. What are the advantages of this bush compared to Teflon or needle bearings? (I prefer Teflon over needle bearings as they do not wear the shaft).

2. Rod gave some info on this a while back somewhere. Basically the answer is no extra drag.
3. Cheap and you can fit a smaller diameter stuffing tube/bushing combination into a smaller strut.
