Source for OS MAX Lower units - Can they be purchased seperately??

Hey guys... I'd like to get an OS Max lower unit... the one where the pivot for the steering pin can be adjusted in relation to the output shaft... First of all... what is the model number/designation for these units??? Second... are they available as just lower units, or do you have to buy the whole motor/lower unit combo??? I want this for an FE application, so I don't need the nitro motor...

tower hobbies will have everthing you need i think the whole lower unit is 138

Yep, tower is your best bet... Its expensive though.

The lower unit part is LXCP21 - $50 - and you will need to purchase the mounting plate, hinge pin, not sure all what else.

You will also need all of the screws, cavitation plate, water pickup tube, flex shaft, prop shaft, nipples.... You will spend over a hundred bucks easily.

yes they can be as a complete unit here is the code # 2387100 outboard unit assembly i paid 135.00 for it so call tower up and tell them this o.s. # and see how soon you can get one it took a few months.
