Seller / Buyer rating system

how many people here would like to see a seller/buyer rating system - or some type of feedback ??

It was supposed to have a poll attached - but you get the picture- just answer here.

I personally will admit to ONE bad experience- and it was my fault- the person in question(you know who you are) had to wait a long time to get paid due to circumstances beyond my control. Other than that- I have never had a bad buying or selling experience here, but it seems like lately- lots of guys and gals are getting screwed, that sucks.....

Jim's has got a buyer/seller feedback forum but the postings have to be approved by management before they're seen by the members. That seems like a lot of work for them so I don't know how that type of setup would fly in here.

I've never had a bad dealing with anyone on this site but others may have and I try to be a good seller when I do unload something.

I've also seen Kharma ratings used that were in the sidebar where people dealing with members could submit a good or bad Kharma on them.

If you've seen Walt's pinned thread you know how many people have gotten the shaft by Mike Coppolino. I'm one of the rare ones as my dealings with him went fine. As far as I know, I'm the only one so far that got one of his Pro Cat's done and on the water. No, I wouldn't buy from him again as his reputation is now down the toilet.

JRCBD is kinda Nazi, Iv owned/administrated forums for the past 8 years, from 4k user forums all the way to 100,000k user forums, Iv never seen such a unprofessional place like Jims.

Well I'm a 5 Star Buyer. Not sure about my Seller Rating cause I never seem to be Selling anything.

I t wouldn't have to be complicated- even just something that appeared on your screen name area-

A simple 1-10 buyer seller rating.

That would sure keep ya honest

I don't think the rating system is a bad idea. However, is it going to stop people like "kyle smith" to re-register and sell bogus items?
