Dull prop would cause that kind of prop walk...but again, I had the EXACT problem you are having, on my .45 mono...and swapping the rudder servo fixed it. The faster the boat went the more it pulled right. So the more "in tune" I got the boat, the worse the problem was. Swapped out the servo and it fixed it. The servo I put in is a little weaker than the one you have, but it is only a .45. Also, I weak battery pack will cause a servo to not have the power it should. If your battery pack is old, this might be the problem.
Someone earlier said to move your rudder control rod end all the way in on the servo arm. Did you try this? Takes less torque from the servo to do what it needs to do when the control rod end is moved in... If it is all the way out now, and you push it all the way in, no cost...and if the problem goes away, or gets better, you know it was a weak servo, and it cost you nothing to find out.
If you have a lot of prop walk, and the rudder is too small (too narrow, or too short), that might also cause your problem.
