Chris, like I mentioned, the turn of the rudder has to be smooth and slowly progressive, use all the radio inputsthanks joe and bob.
We had it running 56 over the weekend.. it is a purple head motor. it was the first time out on the boat and the water was glass smooth so i know that doesn't do an favors for us.
we are running the prop you speak of so i know we have to be in the ball park.
now, what can you do to fix the boat hooking comming out of the corners.

to attain this,too much rudder input, will cause hooking. Unless you have a really good feel for turning the boat
other wise. Also when coming out of a corner needs to be the same. Slow and smooth. The hull will react best to this.
